I want to call out how awesome Pocket Tripod’s service has been. I picked up a few of these as Christmas gifts (and one for myself, natch) and ran into this problem back in early February. One email to the company, and they told me about the defective batch, and got me a replacement as soon as they were ready. Now, a few months later, they’re putting this email and video out, proactively acknowledging the problem, and offering free replacements to everyone. Class company. Very impressed!
