Temporary delivery delays
Due to some unexpected issues with our couriers, we are currently experiencing delays with some of our deliveries. Don’t worry, there’s no need to get in touch. If your delivery is impacted, we’ll contact you by email so that you know when to expect your product(s). Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issues, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
UK and Northern Ireland
Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland on our e-bikes is FREE and in 3 working days.
Note: Certain regions our delivery services maybe impacted by COVID and slightly delayed.
Republic of Ireland
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is charged at £9.99 and takes up to 3-5 working days to arrive.
Import Charges from 1st January 2021
All Republic of Ireland orders will be shipped with Delivery Duty Unpaid. Prior to the delivery of your order, the carrier delivering will be in contact with you to provide a link to pay any excise, VAT and customs clearance fees. Any orders above €150 will also incur additional import duty charges.
Please note: Accessories ordered with e-bikes may come in separate deliveries.
Store Click & Collect
Not around to accept a delivery? We offer free click & collect in all our UK stores. Simply purchase your item online to secure stock and collect it from your local Pure Electric store.
Your order will be ready within 3 working days and we’ll be in touch when it’s available to collect.
International Ordering & Delivery
We currently only take orders from the UK and Ireland. Please see our Ordering & Delivery page for more details.
Built & Ready To Ride
When you order an e-bike from us, it’ll be built and inspected by a qualified member of the Pure Electric team before being boxed up and sent to you. Once delivered, all you’ll need to do is use the supplied Pure Electric multitool to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.
You have 30 days from the date in which your product has been delivered to return your product.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unridden with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
